When I called the lady who on the phone got every detail from me that she could possible ask for, I was surprised that she knew what she was talking about, anyway... She did up front tell me that since it is not a builder with an account with them that I would have to pay at the time the services were completed. I agreed and too my surpirse that same day the owner of the company showed up - got my meausrments - quoted the job - and 2 day's later my shower was completed, mirrors installed WOW. Great and honest people. They were even lower in price than Echols..
