On 4/30/09 cts said... It started when they tried to sneak in a higher price to our lender than what had been agreed without saying anything. If we didn't ask a question, we wouldn't have known. Then, while we were in the office doing the paperwork, A lady came in and said that the car she bought from them had broken down. I've never seen that before. Why would a car they sold not work? Then, when we wanted to pay some by credit and some by debit, we were told no credit cards accepted even though they were happy to take the holding fee by credit card the evening before. This company makes you understand why the term 'buyer beware' is necessary. I've bought 2 other cars in Atlanta before and never had this experience. I never had to do extensive expensive work on the car as soon as I bought it other than a service. I have never had to pay back taxes for the previous year because the previous owner didn't pay it. They took the manual out of the car and didn't even have the courtesy to mail it. In my opinion, if you plan to use this dealer, take your mechanic with you and be very vigilant to be sure they don't undercut you.
